Rising Sun Charity Organization  (known as Persatuan UtahaySooriyan) Kulim) was founded by Mr. Muniandy and his friends.

In 2002, we started with organizing annual Charity Campaign (for Deepavali) by distributing groceries and cash worth RM 180/family for 10 families.  With that the PKKIK has continuously grow from year to year.

In 2006, we have managed to give away groceries and cash worth RM280/family to 42 families.

In 2007,we have recruit more volunteers to accomplish their vision for future. Kulim Welfare Association is a registered, non-governmental, non-religious and non-profit social service organization.
